Where is the online store? 

Ink & Wonder is currently in a hibernation period. The online store and social media pages are on hiatus for the time being. Join the mailing list on the homepage for updates! 

Will COVID-19 delay my order?

Ink & Wonder has been lucky so far in that we have not experienced any delays in getting orders packed and dispatched on time. Unfortunately, shipping delays will be unavoidable once your box is picked up by the courier. DHL is currently advising that international shipments from Australia may have up to three weeks delay in delivery times on top of the regular transit time frames. There are also frequently changing lists of which countries are not accepting international shipments. If you're worried this might apply to you, you can check with your local postal service for the current status and let me know- I am happy to hold your box for you until it can be sent. If you order and I notice that you are on a list of countries with known issues, no biggy! I will get in touch with your options at shipping time. 

For Domestic orders, Australia Post is currently a little unpredictable- some orders arrive surprisingly quickly, while others can take 1-2 weeks longer than the usual post and parcel service time frames. The situation can change quite fast- I post updates on Instagram if any new info becomes available.

SHIPPING INFO

All orders ship asap unless they are a Pre-Order and shipment times are as follows:

Domestic orders ship asap though Australia Post and can take several days to reach you. 

International orders are shipped via DHL and shipment times vary depending on location.

Untracked shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks (apart from some locations which can take up to 6, eg. Canada, South America, South Africa, the Middle East).

Tracked International Shipping is definitely quicker and will usually arrive within 2 weeks, but if not, tracking will indicate it's whereabouts and any reason for delay (eg. awaiting collection at a post office, processing at customs, etc).

There are some countries that we cannot ship orders to unless the address is a PO Box. These countries are:

Oman

Papua New Guinea

Qatar

Saudi Arabia

United Arab Emirates

If orders are placed for shipment to these countries are not addressed to a PO Box, it will cause indefinite delays in your order dispatch as the order cannot be sent until you have supplied an alternate address after we contact you about it.

Duty, VAT and customs tariffs are set by the destination country. The amount, if any, of applicable duty, VAT, tariffs and taxes will vary by country and are payable by the customer.

Some countries may experiences delays within their postal network that are impossible to predict. This occurs occasionally in South Africa, India, Brazil, Argentina, and other more remote destinations.
